Without Gloria’s help, we would not be living in our retirement home; Gloria was amazing! We spent a week in this area last December, searching for a house; Gloria was with us nearly every day and though she had other things going on, she made us feel that we were her only clients. We were able to find a house and submit an offer, but by the time it was accepted, we were back in Michigan; from that time through closing, Gloria handled everything – documentation, inspections and so on. And at one point she paid for an inspection out of her own pocket so that it could happen in a timely fashion – not sure other realtors would have done the same. In our opinion, a 5 star rating is simply not enough; professionally and personally Gloria rises above the rest.
