Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Lakewood Ranch, FL.
Thank God we found Gloria!!! We moved from Colorado and had no idea of the area so we started our search early, talking to a couple of agents so they could point us to what neighborhoods we should look at. We gave up on them as once they learnt we wanted to get to know the area and wouldn't actually buy a house for a few months, they weren't very eager to help. And then we came across Gloria at an open house. Right away she set some time to sit down with us, pull up a map, and talk about all the different areas and suggested us neighborhoods to start scouting. Then came the time to start looking at specific houses. We were living about an hour away which isn't terrible, but when you consider we have a 2 year old daughter, we didn't like the idea of making the trip every day during our search so we asked Gloria to schedule several listings per day. I still don't know how she did it' but she coordinated 12 houses a day for a couple of days. We saw a lot of houses, until we found the perfect one. The best part was she would play with our daughter and keep her busy so we could calmly look at the houses. Our daugher isn't vey good around strangers but she connected with Gloria right away, so much so that a month after the process she still asks for her. And then came the offer and buying process. This was our first time buying so even though we had researched, we still had a thousand questions. Gloria was great at explaining every single step, helping us all the way, keeping us updated every single day, and following up with all the parties involved (lender, title company, etc.). I know every realtor has a list of recommendations for lenders, inspection companies, and titling companies but we have heard they aren't always the best options. With Gloria's we truly felt her recommendations were genuinely in our best interest and, after a lot of research, actually ended up going with them.
Everyone we know has told us how daunting the house buying process is, but we don't think it could have been easier. We did have our financials in order but less than a month after the moment we looked at the first house, we had the key to our new place.
The bottom line is we couldn't have asked for more from an agent and were extremely happy with Gloria. Hopefully we won't be moving any time soon, but if we did, we would definitely go to Gloria.
